Stephanie K.Harlan received her B.A., magna cum laude, from UC San Diego, Revelle College, in 1978, and her J.D. from UCLA School of Law in 1983, where she was a member of the UCLA Law Review and Primary Editor of the UCLA-Alaska Law Review. After graduation, Stephanie joined the Century City firm of Thomas, Shafran, Wasser & Childs, practicing in the areas of business and tax law. Thereafter, upon moving to the Inland Empire, Stephanie joined the public finance department of the Riverside office of Best, Best & Krieger. Stephanie joined Mundell, Odlum & Haws in 2004.

Jim C. Moore received his B.A., cum laude, with college honors from UCLA in 2001. He then earned his J.D. from Brigham Young University School of Law in 2004, where he served as a member of the Brigham Young University Law Review. During law school, Jim summer-clerked twice for the Honorable Roger W. Boren, Presiding Justice for Division 2 of the California Court of Appeals, and worked as a summer associate for Horvitz & Levy, LLP in Encino. After graduation, Jim joined Mundell, Odlum & Haws.

Laura Lynch received her B.A. in English literature with a minor in biology from the University of California, San Diego, in 2001 and her J.D. from the University of San Francisco in 2007. While at USF, Laura served as the Managing Editor of the Intellectual Property Law Journal and as a case counselor for the Moot Court Honors Program. Prior to joining Mundell, Odlum & Haws in the fall of 2008, Laura worked at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart Oliver & Hedges, LLP in Los Angeles.
