OVERVIEW OF THE FIRM
Mundell, Odlum & Haws, LLP is a law firm emphasizing business litigation, intellectual property litigation, and employment law. With offices in Westlake Village and San Bernardino, the Firm serves clients throughout Southern California.
The Firm was founded in 1991 by three lawyers from two of California's largest and most prestigious law firms. We strive to provide clients with the same high quality legal work as the best "national" law firms, at substantially lower hourly rates. We do this by recruiting excellent lawyers with "big firm" credentials and experience, by staffing cases leanly, and by maintaining very low overhead.
Although we established our first office in San Bernardino, many of our lawyers began their careers in Los Angeles and retain strong ties to the Los Angeles area. To serve Los Angeles area clients and handle Los-Angeles based litigation, we recently opened a Westlake Village office.
Our practice is limited almost exclusively to litigation, and our client base consists largely of business concerns. Over the years, we have represented several Fortune 500 companies and a host of small to medium sized businesses located in all six Southern California counties.
