Brent Sims

Brent Sims has been involved in complex litigation across the United States. He has mediated and arbitrated cases and has crafted and argued dispositive motions, obtaining judgments on behalf of clients by motion in both state and federal court. He has represented clients in a variety of fields, including matters involving contractual interpretation, energy production, government regulation, intellectual property, and tort responsibility, to name a few. Before joining Mundell, Odlum & Haws, Brent was extensively involved in representing corporations, including prevailing on a multi-million-dollar solar energy plant dispute, and successfully defending catastrophic products liability claims, and handling disputes over insurance coverage.

Brent is a graduate of the University of Southern California Law Center. He is admitted to practice before the Northern, Central, and Southern Districts of California, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the LA and Orange County Bar Associations and the J. Rueben Clark Law Society.
